Insurance Guarantees

To ensure the security of our project owners’ investments, Utility Installation Consultancy UK LTD has implemented three insurance policies, designed to minimize risk:

1. In the event of a time overrun, earnings are guaranteed.

2. Should there be accidental damage to the buildings or plant prior to acceptance, earnings are guaranteed and repair costs are recoverable.

3. It is ensured that the main contractor has diligently constructed the plant as designed and specified. If errors have occurred or key items are omitted, earnings are guaranteed.

4. Post-commissioning and handover, earnings are guaranteed as long as manufacturers’ instructions are adhered to. All maintenance is to be carried out by the main contractors’ appointees, and lifed items are to be replaced as required.
